All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We are a small business, there is always a chance for potential delays during peak seasons when there are a high volume of orders or when shipping carriers or the postal service encounter problems or delays outside of our control. We will do our best to notify you of these situations whenever possible.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer international shipping to most countries. Carrier choices and associated shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Terrene Tires is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order due to a carrier exception or delivery delay, please use your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier. If the shipping service you selected at checkout did not include tracking information, please contact us at info@terrenetires.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Be aware of these limitations as you select a carrier or shipping option at checkout on our store.
